Subrisi is a revolution in school photography. The Subrisi Way involves no administration on your part, and for the first time gives choice and control to the parents. Proof sheets are printed on site allowing parents to order directly via the Internet or Freepost. Completed orders are delivered to their door within 24 to 48 hours of order with no involvement from you. Subrisi simplifies the whole process. With Subrisi, it is possible for parents to receive their desired prints within 24 hours of the completion of the photography assignment. This is not a wild statement - it is as simple as this:

3 pm	All pictures uploaded to Subrisi.net for customers to view

Each Subrisi photographer has been carefully selected for both their photography and people skills, which enables us to offer a more creative and personal service. Subrisi photographers are not subcontractors and they take personal pride in providing the very best photography service.

Every carefully selected photographer has also undergone a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check by Subrisi.

How it Works

As each photograph is taken and checked for quality the image is processed through Swift Match. A password and a unique seven-figure number are attached to its XMP metadata (the new industry image standard). At the same time a proof is printed on-site in seconds with a thumbnail of the photograph as well as the password and the picture ID. Parents can then go to subrisi.net, enter in their password and picture ID and be shown a full screen image ready for order by credit or debit cards for next day delivery. Orders can also be received by Freepost.

If you require the images batch imported into SIMS (or any school database) then prior to the assignment, Subrisi asks the school to provide a spreadsheet (eg. Excel or csv) with details of each student's name, class and admission number. This data is imported into a Swift Match document.

As each student comes to have their photograph taken, the photographer selects their name using the search function (this means that students can be photographed in any order). When a picture has been taken and checked for quality, Swift Match carries out a series of steps: it adds an encrypted password to the approved picture and prints out an instant proof for the student to take away with them.

Prints are ordered by the parents direct to Subrisi and delivered to the home address within 24-48 hours, with no involvement from the school.

All images are then formatted to the requirements of your school database ready for batch imports.

As each picture is processed through Swift Match, a password and a unique seven-figure number are attached to its XMP metadata (the new industry standard). The picture with the password and the unique picture ID number can be located quickly and securely.
