Child Protection Policy

Subrisi will do everything in its power to ensure images of children taken by a Subrisi Photographer are always held securely. This will include the following:

1. All Subrisi Photographers will be processed throught the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) by Subrisi.
2. Subrisi Photographers shall show CRB accreditation upon arrival at the establishment.
3. On no occasion shall a Subrisi Photographer have sole access to children.
4. On no occasion shall a Subrisi Photographer take pictures outside of the establishment unless accompanied by the parent or carer.
5. All children photographs loaded onto Subrisi website shall be password protected (minimum 6 characters, alpha numeric) given at the time of the photograph being taken.
6. All images are deleted from Subrisi after 6 Months of the date taken.
7. Neither Subrisi nor the Subrisi Photographer shall sell, trade or give any image to the national, local or international press of any description or any other organisation outside of www.Subrisi.net.
8. If requested by a carer, parent or child not to take a photograph this shall be fully complied with and all relevant pictures shall immediately be deleted from the camera.
9. If carer, parent or child request that any of their own images be removed from the Subrisi website, their request shall be complied with.
10. Payment is only received by credit or debit cards or cheque to provide a traceable path and confirmation of the purchaser's identity.
11. All images are right click disabled to prevent unauthorised copying and/or image manipulation.
12. Subrisi Photographers shall not drink alcohol, smoke or use inappropriate language in front of children.
13. Under no circumstance is a password or picture ID given out via the telephone or email.
