The Subrisi Way gives greater Parental Choice from a wide selection of poses
Due to Swift Match's advanced search functions, students can be photographed in any order.
There is no administration required on your part. No more handling proofs, money, orders, prints or queries. Orders are taken directly via the Internet or by Freepost for direct home delivery within 24-48 hours.
How it Works
If you require images batch imported into your school database, then prior to the assignment a spreadsheet is received from the school with details of the pupil's name, class and admission number.
On Location
The spreadsheet data is imported into Swift Match. The photographer selects the student's name using the advanced search function (this means that students can be photographed in any order). Once the picture has been taken and checked for quality, Swift Match carries out the following steps:
- Allocates a password
- Generates a seven-figure random number (this is the unique picture ID number)
- Saves a high-resolution image with the original file name and the seven-figure random number within the XMP Metadata of the image
- Saves a low-resolution image with the pupil's admission number as the file name (eg. 001234.jpg). This can be batch imported into Sims, C-MIS or any school database*
- Prints a proof together with details of the password, the unique picture ID number, the selected pricing plan and details on how to order.
* When batch import to the school database is required
The proof and ordering information is given to the student or to the class teacher for distribution.
The photographer uploads the images to www.subrisi.net. As each image is embedded with the password and the unique picture ID number, these can be quickly and securely located for viewing and ordering purposes.
Subrisi and Swift Match are SIMS compatible. If the image is not required to be imported into a school database the student's name, class and admission number can also be added to the metadata of the image. Our system does not require any school data for the random number, password and proof to be produced.
